The initiator of Bwyzz

Bwyzz & Creative conversion:
Leon has proven his value as a skilled project manager, especially in designing collaboration models from commercial point of view, while applying a broad technological scope and using communication skills to make things happen. His role as challenger in upgrading a conceptual idea to a new, attractive business model has created value to many parties in the industry. In his recent experience as innovation consultant at SunIdee, he has advised many organizations (B2B, B2C, non-profit and government) in the field of idea generation, concept development, innovation strategy, portfolio optimalization and roadmap creation. But above all, he is a conceptual, though practical thinker.

Bwyzz & Food & Food Ingredients:
Leon has a more then 10 years track record in regional and global commercial roles in the food ingredients industry with companies like Cargill and Danisco. Besides the network, knowledge and commercial skills he has gained in those markets, he initiated a change strategy, that was realisable due to his communication and relationship management skills. His main goal: to turn the product focused and divisionally structured food ingredients companies into clientfocused organizations where each division contributes to the company's value proposition. He was one of the initiators of innovation partnerships with food clients. These partnerships have the ambition to reach an open innovation structure between the parties. Bwyzz differentiates through an optimal combination of technical insight and a strongly trained commercial expertise in this field.

Bwyzz & Sustainability:
Leon has generated a passion for sustainable business solutions around 2003, while he was working for Danisco (selected for inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the 8th consecutive year in 2009). He has since then invested in numerous private projects to design sustainable business projects to extend his knowledge in the field of sustainable strategies and technological solutions. While doing so, he generated a wide network around the world within universities, knowledge institutes and independant consultants. The past two years he
has designed and performed numerous workshops in the field of sustainability and sustainable strategies, both for governmental and industrial organizations.
